Upon successful completion of the minimum required academic qualification standard, students are expected to be declared professional in field of their studies. Thus, students are required to fulfill a minimum qualification set for particular program to graduate (get a degree) from a program.
These requirements may vary from program to program. For specific and deep insight in this particular, students are advised to consult the specific curriculum in which they are enrolled. However, the following general requirements apply to all undergraduate degree designated as nationally harmonized program.

All Postgraduate candidates who satisfies the requirements set in DaDU’s Legislation and whose research, study and competency results are judged to be of sufficient merit shall be recommended by the Office of the Registrar to the Senate council for graduation and appropriate award by the University.
The total number of credit hours (Chrs)/ECTS for course/module work in master's Programs shall be from 30 to 35 ECTS for programs requiring thesis work and from 28 to 36 ECTS for non-thesis programs.
The minimum number of ECTS in Ph.D. programs requiring coursework shall be decided when the program will be commenced in the near future.
For master’s degree, a thesis shall constitute a partial fulfillment of the requirement except in a program where it is not required. For A Ph.D. Program, we will notify the minimum requirements when the program will be activated.
All candidates are required to submit 3 concepts note to the office of research and graduate studies, before any research work is started.
Then the concept note will be evaluated by the colleges’ research committee and prospective thesis/dissertation title will be selected and Advisors will be assigned for the students based on their educational background and research affiliation.
In case none of the three concept notes fail to qualify for acceptance, the students will be notified to re-submit new concept notes for evaluation. After the concept notes are evaluated and acceptances are endorsed, the students are expected to commit themselves to complete their research/dissertation work with the maximum quality standard under the strict guidance of their Advisors.
Upon successful completion, thesis report will be duly evaluated by external and internally assigned thesis examiners. A thesis/dissertation shall be rejected if it is judged as plagiarized or does not meet the minimum required standard.
