Internal Transfers:

Within the Same University: Students may transfer from one program to another or from one college to another within DaDU based on the academic rules and regulations once all the per-conditions are fulfilled.

External Transfers:

Between Universities: Students may ask for transfer from other public university to our university based and can be admitted once they have fulfilled all the requirements including but not limited to medical evidences and other severe socioeconomic situation that may hamper students to attend away from the home town.

Intra-University Transfers

• Eligibility: Students can transfer between colleges or departments within the same university if they meet grade requirements and there is space available.

• Restrictions: Transfers are only allowed in related disciplines, and dismissed students cannot transfer.

• Process: Application forms are available at colleges/departments, and decisions are made by the dean and department heads, with final approval by the Registrar.

• Timing: The transfer process must be completed within two weeks of class commencement.

Inter-University Transfers

• Eligibility: Students can transfer between public universities for justifiable reasons (e.g., change of workplace, health) if they have completed at least one semester and are in good academic standing.

• Special Cases: Transfers from other universities require approval from the President or AVP.

  Graduate Program Transfers

• Eligibility: Graduate students can transfer to another program if they provide a convincing reason, meet academic requirements, and have not completed more than 25% of their current program.

• Process: Approval is required from the concerned DGCs and ACs, and transfer of credits is determined by the receiving department.
