Dambi Dollo University Offers Training for Capacity Building

Leadership Training is being offered to the Directors, Executives and Deans of Dambi Dollo University at Adama, focusing on: STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP TRAINING. 

The president of the university, Tadesse Regassa (PhD), remarked at the opening ceremony that all participants who have completed the training ought to implement what they are trained in alignment with their respective plans, ensuring that our university excels in the future. To advance our university, it is our collective responsibility to achieve the vision and missions of the institution by putting the training into practice.

The training was conducted by Ahadu G/Amlak, the Managing Director of CALD (Center for African Leadership Development), alongside Aneni Assefa, a Senior Trainer at CALD.

The focus areas for today's training include:

• General facts and principles of change

• The imperative of leadership 

• Changes and paradigms and mind –set shifts 

The training delivery methods included lectures and various practical exercises, with participants actively involved in the session.
