    • Establish and maintain relationships with international universities, governments, and educational organizations.

    • Facilitate partnerships with global institutions for student and faculty exchange programs, research collaborations, and other academic partnerships.

    • Represent the university at international conferences, forums, and events to promote its academic and research achievements.

    • Coordinate and manage international delegations visiting the university and support outbound delegations.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national and international media outlets to secure positive press coverage for the university.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring the university’s stance and messages are clearly conveyed.

    • Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns.

    • Organize media briefings, press conferences, and interviews to enhance the university's visibility.

    • Foster relationships with key external stakeholders, including government agencies, donors, alumni, and potential students.

    • Work with local and international governments to advocate for the university’s interests in policy discussions.

    • Enhance the university's engagement with local communities and build initiatives that positively impact the institution’s image and public relations.

    • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to handle any issues that may affect the university’s public image.

    • Develop digital strategies to enhance the university's brand globally and increase its reach among prospective students and partners.

    • Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, websites, and other resources to showcase the university's academic programs and initiatives.
