    Traditionally, it is believed that university/college's life is an exciting and challenging time for students. While it offers new opportunities for growth and exploration, it can also present a range of obstacles that can impact their academic success and personal well-being.

    With these realities in principle, DaDU communities strives to make the campus life very interesting and lovable teaching leaning atmosphere. 

    To ensure these, we have well established operation procedures that handles every activity starting from student in taking to the final graduation date. These activities categorically classified into various stages as follows.

    Students’ Induction: 

    To ensure smooth assimilation of newly admitted students, the university arranges induction program whereby detail student orientations will be provided.

    This Orientation, include but not limited to introductory sessions/events organized and delivered by Campus Orientation Teams to freshman students about the various social settings and campus life so that they will be easily familiarized with university's life at the beginning of their university life.

    This detail orientation session will acquaint new students with the wide range of issues facing them as University students, including factors affecting their personal safety.

    In addition to these, the session introduces variety of student services that are available on campus so that students feel at home rather than sensing any form of home sicknesses.

    Moreover, the content of the orientation will also assist the students in understanding rules, regulations and policies that they have to observe.

    Notably, the session familiarizes students with the university’s mission and goals and assist them in understanding how these relate to their life goals and purposes.

    More importantly, the session, assist students in discovering how to avoid potential troubles and in identifying where to find help when they need support.

    Introduce them to the strategies that will help them get on to a good start by creating a campus atmosphere that reduces anxiety and stimulates attractive learning environments.

    Preparation session

    Organizing Campus Orientation Unit (Orientation Staff) from relevant departments and student council members.

    Establishing Information Desks at convenient sites (entrance)

    Preparing properly decorated venue with welcoming quotes, which will be able to accommodate large number of students for visible welcome ceremony.

    Inviting resource persons from the local communities and influential people who would share their experiences and motivate the students to easily assimilate with the community and ensure their academic success during their campus education.

    Preparing Coordinators (recruiting volunteers from senior students and students' social advisors)

    Preparing brochures, student guidebooks, site maps, (Disseminated Materials)

    Placing important signage direction indicators/labeled pointers in different places on campus

    Planning and organizing a favorable program enhanced with entertainment.

    Pre-orientation session

    Reception Teams shall set up a conspicuous temporary Reception Desk as prescribed by university authority each year at a bus station in the town and in front of the main gate. 

    Reception teams will sort and dispatch newly arriving students to their main campuses using the pre-arranged transport services.

    On their arrival at the main campus, the new students shall be received at the main gate and escorted to their dormitory premises and the Information desk.

    Campus Orientation staff will contact them with voluntary students and guide them to the hall, welcoming them with music and dissemination of brochures, handbooks and other printed materials.

    Orientation Session

    The on-arrival orientation will be held in the hall booked and arranged for the purpose by the respective campus orientation staffs/personnel.

    On-arrival orientation sessions will be conducted on the day of their arrival as decided by the responsible office and for subsequent days.

    Refreshment will also be served during orientation sessions that includes music, games and other important fascinating and simple coffee ceremony.

    At the end of each orientation session, the students shall be taken to tour the campus, meet their roommates, engage with members of the faculty and staff, and learn about other areas of interest, such as the various clubs, the volunteer center, and student leadership opportunities.
