A Medium of Instruction letter is a document that confirms the language of instruction used for academic purposes throughout the students' academic career while pursuing degree program. It should be issued by the registrar office of the university. 

The university registrar issues this letter only for the graduates of Dambi Dollo university. 

The Letter will be issued by the office of the registrar and will be given to the client requested in person or via post office or email.

To obtain the medium of instruction letter you need to fulfill the following preconditions.

Payment for international students-----ETB/$

Payment for Ethiopian Nationals-----ETB/$

Written Application/duly filled form

To whom it may concern or student copy 

Proof of evidence for payment receipt for service charge
