Document Authentication

Academic credential authentication is the process of verifying the legitimacy of educational documents, such as diplomas, transcripts, and Degree certificates issued by the Office of Registrar, Dambi Dollo University.

Our university provides the Graduate Verification Service to help former graduate, potential employers/employers and other third parties verify the qualifications of our graduates. The service is designed to speed up the verification process for graduates and minimize the potential for document fraud and breaches of academic integrity.

The authentication process of academic document issued by DaDU, involves verifying and certifying the authenticity and the legality of any academic certificate and its contents as appeared on the copy version found with the bearer or owner of the document. 

To get document verification/authentication services, parties who initiated the request has to fulfill the necessary preconditions which are explained as follows;

To obtain Authenticated/Verified/True Copy of your document, you need to contact the registrar office and fulfill the following preconditions.

The original copy of the certificate issued so far

Payment for international students----200ETB-Per page

Payment for Ethiopian Nationals----200ETB-Per page

Written Application/duly filled form

ID card or Official Delegation letter from Authorized body

If you have a cost-share agreement you need to settle the payment first and bring with the original letter and receipt you received from the Custom and internal revenue authority.
