Publication and Documentation Directorate   The directorate is structurally responsible to research and community service vice president office. It was established to directorate level in 2020 for the mandate of playing its role in the university as the university to touch its mission and vision through publishing and disseminating research findings, inventions, conference papers etc. that will be attained in the university. Goal of Publication and Documentation Directorate 

  1. To document research findings
  2. To publish and disseminating research findings
  3. To edit, produce and publish proceedings
  4. To launch journals in the university

Detail Activities Publication and Documentation Directorate 

  • Documenting research papers done by researchers and academic staffs in a form of hard copy and soft copy
  • Launching internationally known journals in the university
  • Managing all activities in the process of publication and dissemination
  • Publishing conference papers as a whole and abstract form annually
  • Reporting activities for research and community service vice president office
  • Participating at university level in developing policies, strategies and guidelines related to research undertaking and publication
  • Facilitating the production of supporting manuals, flyers and brochures for the innovations in consultation with the researchers
  • Establishing archives and museums/permanent exhibition centers of research outputs
  • Calling research papers internally and externally for publication
